This stoneware vase has a sodium silicate crackle glaze body that has been stretched whilst throwing to create unique patterning. Finished with a transparent glaze which has enhanced the creamy tones in the natural clay, contrasted with a black iron oxide on the crackle band. No drainage hole in base.

Handmade in small batches, this limited edition cylinder pot celebrates 145 years of Errington Reay. Combining the very beginnings of the pottery, in its design that echo's the drainage pipes that were at the core of production in the early days of the factory. Brought up to date with an abstract repeated dash print to give you a unique planter for the garden.
Drainage hole in base to reduce the risk of over watering and promote healthy root growth.

Distorted form vase with curves and indents to the shape, wheelthrown to the point of near collapse and with a raw edge rim. Decorated with various texture from a range of tools and techniques including leaf imprints. A white clay body with cobalt and iron oxide brush work.

This transparent glazed terracotta bowl is simply decorated with a crossover white and blue glaze. With a natural brown centre and hand applied dot work in a darker glaze. Stamped with our kiln makers mark and a small hand turned foot to finish the piece off.
